Disney Scrapbooking Memories
Disneyland or Disney World vacations are probably some of the most popular vacations among families across the United States. Preserving memories from these treasured trips can be done by creating a scrapbook. Here are some suggestions on what to include in your Disney scrapbooking albums:
Photos: Make sure you take lots of photos and be sure to include people in them. Take photos at the entrance of the park and shoot some pictures in front of your favorite Disney attractions. You can even take photos at the airport or if you are driving, take some photographs along your journey.
Brochures and Maps: Save your park maps and the brochures they give you. Take a couple so you have extras to include in other books if necessary. Usually these types of things have beautiful pictures on them. They will probably not be acid-free, so you can spray them with an archival mist or just make sure you keep them away from your precious photographs.
Postcards: Purchase some postcards at a Disney gift store. Postcards make great embellishments on your scrapbook pages. The pictures on the postcards are rich in color and add character to your scrapbook page layouts.
Receipts and ticket stubs: Save your receipts so you can see how much things cost years later when you are flipping through your Disney scrapbook. Ticket stubs also make fun embellishments for your scrapbook pages.
Creating a detailed account of your Disney vacation is easy if you remember to save your mementos and take fun, action-filled photographs. There are so many scrapbooking supplies and products with a Disney theme you will have no trouble finding Disney scrapbooking paper and supplies.
