Tip of the Week

If you have your photos in magnetic albums it is important to remove them as soon as possible, even if it will be some time before you can begin scrapbooking those pictures. To remove photos that are stuck on a page, try running dental floss behind the print, or use a blow dryer on low heat. You can place the album in a zip lock bag and pop it in the freezer. This will sometimes cause the photos to drop off.

The safest option is to have them color copied or scanned prior to removing them. This way you can use the copy for scrapbook making if you damage the photo. Once removed, donīt put all your photos together in a bag, as the residual adhesive can stick to another photo. Place acid free paper between your photos. Residual adhesive on the back of a photo can sometimes be removed by lightly rubbing with a white eraser or again using the Undu products.
