Blue and green shades of cardstock are amongst my favourites and make for great water effects on a scrapbook page. Don`t forget that you can also make use of the photos themselves. Use the scraps or take an extra picture or two of the water just so you can use it for lettering or other page enhancements. On a rainy day try to find a puddle with an interesting reflection to photograph.
